adapted as a 'colour-in', using 'basic colouring pens' - and, has been included within the front cover of this really useful 'notebook'. 

 Similar to A4, in size, this 'double-sided, wide-margined, double-spaced: notebook' offers a link of 'creative space' to 'write and reflect'.

Colouring: offers a different type of 'meditative state' - as, it actually helps to 'calm the mind' whilst also helping to induce the physical feelings of 'relaxation' .
